Farming Towards More Sustainability in Cayman Brac

Our word for 2020 is sustainability. Mother Earth is such a precious treasure and we are committed to continuing our efforts towards a more green environment. One of the many things that make us unique at Le Soleil d’Or is our beachside farm-to-table restaurant that uses produce from our very own farm. Our founder is the mastermind behind the 20-acre park that sits atop a scenic limestone bluff. If it wasn’t for her agrarian roots and Mediterranean touch, we wouldn’t have the spectacular farm that we have today. We grow all of our fruits and vegetables on-site and have perfected the art of sustainable farming on an island. With over 300 different fruits and vegetables, plus 200 chickens, we think it’s safe to say that our agriculturally inclined practices are thriving.
