It's in the Little NIM Things in Cayman Brac

December 02, 2019

Cayman Brac is most well known for its rough exterior but verdant interior. The rocky infrastructure tends to give tourists a hesitant outlook on the Brac, but don’t like the tough limestone fool you, this island is full of bright, incredible things. One of our favorite places to visit is a sweet yellow house located in Spot Bay called NIM Things. This long-standing house is home to authentic Caymanian souvenirs like handcrafted jewelry, crocheted items, and shell designs. But the real magic of NIM Things resides in the owners of the shop that are filled with family stories from their life on Cayman Brac. This genuinely Caymanian store was first opened in 1986 and has been a thriving part of Cayman Brac ever since. Pick up a few knick-knacks to bring back home with you—it's the perfect place to grab a souvenir for your friends and family while picking up a few tales in the process.
